Delivery
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 7–10 business days after payment is received.
We offer free shipping on orders over £100. For orders under £100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of of being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Free from signs of wear, washing, or food contact
- Returned with the original tag attached and intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of cutlery that has been used, washed, come into contact with food, or has a missing, damaged, stained, altered, or removed tag.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described goods.
